Physical activity guidelines for adults ages 18 to 65 yrs. It is important to get up and move regardless of the type of activity! 30 minuets of moderate intensity aerobic activity for 5 days or 20 minuets of vigorous intensity aerobic activity for 3 days of the week. Combined with activities that maintain / increase muscular strength + endurance for 2 days of the week.
