This page is to share information on personal training and sports performance. USAW, USATF and PN certfied with 5+ years of experience.

I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with an MS in exercise science and applied sports performance.

During this time of year I think it’s important to reflect and give thanks.

That’s why I would like to start by thanking the Phillies Organization. It’s hard to put into words what the last two years working for the Phillies has meant to me. As a kid, it was always a dream to work for one of my favorite sports teams and to have accomplished that is something I will always cherish and be incredibly thankful for. That is why this decision was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve decided to step away from the Phillies organization and focus more time on my growing family. I can’t thank the organization, the coaches, and the players enough for giving me a chance and trusting me along the way. In two years I’ve experienced and learned more than I thought possible. I am going to miss everyone I worked with during my time with the Phillies. Thank you to everyone who helped make this experience special. I hope I was able to share a little philly grit with all of you. I love you all.

While one chapter ends, another one begins. I look forward to spending time with my wife and soon our baby and spending more time with friends and family. It’s been 4 years of traveling the country chasing my dream, and now it’s time to be home. I’m not sure what exactly is next for me, but I do know that starting my own business is in the cards and is something I’ve dreamt of for some time. Hope to bring y’all more news in the new year. Thank you, much love.

Happy birthday to my biggest supporter, the best dog mom I know, and most incredible Fiancé! I love you so much and am so thankful to do life with you. Can’t wait to marry you in only a few months and celebrate a lifetime of birthdays together. Thank you for always pushing me and being there for all my crazy ideas. 😘❤️

Took me a while to post this because I wasn’t sure how to put into words all the emotions I’m feeling. I am unbelievably excited to be joining the Phillies minor league strength and conditioning staff. It has been an incredible journey as a coach so far to get to this point to obtain this opportunity. Words can’t express the feeling I get putting on that shirt with a Phillies logo, knowing I’m working for my home town. I know this is going to be a challenge like no other, but man am I excited as hell for this opportunity to help this city and this team get a title!

But as every new chapter begins another must end. Be it only a year and a half, my time at brought me so much more than I could have ever asked for. Life long friends, unbelievable memories and opportunities, and another piece of my ever growing family. I know I wasn’t here long, but Vegas will
always be my second home. I can’t thank all of our staff and clients enough for being so welcoming to and trusting of me. Too all the clients I’ve worked with, I hope I was able to have half the impact on y’all as you had on me. You’ve made me a better coach, but even more so a better person and for that I can’t thank you enough. I wish all of you the best in your future endeavors, even though I’m across the country I’m still gonna be watching. Thank you for everything.

Love y’all, time for the next chapter to be written, buckle up.

Family comes in all varieties. Proud of these guys and the work we put in this fall. They are ready to dominate this spring.

“ Wrapped up an incredible fall with baseball today with a team hike. The fall has been a grind and these boys didn’t shy away from it. A break from the weight room for a mental reset was just what they needed before we prep for a run to grand junction.

The journey is just beginning, championship mindset. “

The Movember Foundation is the only global charity focused solely on men's health, so this Movember I'm getting on board. I'm raising funds to tackle some of the biggest health issues faced by men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and poor mental health. Help me stop men dying too young.

Follow the link in my bio to donate! I appreciate any help with this.
