Happy New Year! 🎉 (I’m saying that until January is over 😅)
Next week I will be hosting my second virtual journaling event and this is your invitation to join. 🤎✨
In this intimate virtual workshop we will discuss the 6 STEP PLAN to intentional goal setting.
You will walk away with techniques that will ensure you stay committed and consistent as you accomplish each goal you have for this year.
If 2020 taught me anything, I learned that without having the proper foundation a goal can't go far. As we look ahead to what 2021 has to offer, this is the perfect time to learn how to keep your momentum and create a goal system that your future self will thank you for. Register at ayannahkamryn.com for next week's event! ✨

2020 is definitely one for the books. I know, most of us would like to put every hardship we faced this year behind us and just step into the new year. Buttttt what if we actually took the time to digest our toughest experiences of 2020?
Journaling is a healthy way to process our experiences and emotions, it allows us to turn them into lessons for the future. That’s the true magic behind storytelling - being able to take an experience and turn it into a powerful message to share with others.
This event will be an intimate time to reflect on our stories with the community and personally as well. Find a comfortable chair, bring your favorite journal, and a handy pen. It’s time to write 📝.

This Sunday.
With over 400 homicides this year alone in Philadelphia, including the recent murder of Walter Wallace, our hearts are in a constant cycle of trauma, grief and anger. Coupled with the uncertainty of the final outcome of this election, the only thing that we can rely on right now is our voices.
Come out this Sunday for a moment of powerful prayer. This event is for those seeking a safe and supportive space to release and renew themselves. There’s nothing more powerful than prayer, it doesn’t have to be a last resort but rather the first step of action towards change.
We will be sharing inspirational quotes and community stories then ending the event with a candle light ceremony to honor the life of Walter Wallace. ✨
