Methods of Prefontane is my own personal philosophy of training that I has developed through years of training.
I am available to travel to your gym for training sessions.
Sunday morning 7 am to 1 pm, I will be in the building. Come get that work.
Got time to create plans this week. Im thinking two workouts and a camp. Blueprints are good but remember not to be bound by them.

After 9 months out of the gym... 30 minute workout
205 Incline Bench- Pyramid up from 95 pounds, sets of 12, 10, 6 and 4
115 on Flat Bench Hammer Strength - pyramid up from 45 pounds, sets of 20, 12, 10 and 4
45 Pounds Incline Dumbbell Press - 4 sets of 6 reps
