I feel very strongly that we need to understand those things before recommending someone. A speaker can be wonderful and still be the wrong person for a particular event.
Once we’ve found the right fit, our team works with you on the booking and logistics. We take what we do seriously, and we love the collaborative experience of helping you put together a successful event.

Hi, I’m Mollie Plotkin! I started what would become Mollie Plotkin Group more than 20 years ago, and the truth is, it began because I needed help finding someone for an event.

I was putting together a client experience in Philadelphia. The idea was to give people the opportunity to meet a former athlete or coach. If you know anything about Philadelphia, you know we love our sports! So I started making calls, assuming there was an agency that could help.

I was amazed there wasn’t one. My thought was that if I needed to find these people, other people probably did too. The very next day, I started an agency.

As I got to know the athletes, they told me about appearances that ran longer than expected, payments that fell short, and events where there hadn’t even been a contract. These were all problems we could solve. I also spent time listening to our hiring clients, because knowing the talent is only part of finding the right person for an event.

Today, we work with keynote speakers, thought leaders, athletes and entertainers. One of the wonderful things about my job is how much I get to learn from them, and from the people who hire us. I really do love what I do.
