◽️The importance of 1v1 training◽️


I will be the first to admit, the gym/working out can be intimidating! (I used to be a treadmill hog) It took a while, but I finally figured my way around the gym by the help of the internet but I WISH I had someone knowledgeable walk me through. That’s what I’m here to do, for you!

Here are some benefits on 1v1 training:
▪️You have an outlet to go to that will teach you your way around whether it’s how to program a workout or use a machine at the gym.
▪️You are able to learn and refine proper form.
▪️There is complete focus on you and ONLY you, making sure you complete your workout to your best ability.
▪️GAIN CONFIDENCE!!!

Gmorning IG! My friday eve is starting off with oatmeal pancakes 🥞

☀️Nearly every morning, I have oatmeal with banana, blueberries & a spoonful of almond butter. To celebrate the snow day, I decided to turn my oatmeal into pancakes!

🍬If you know me, you know my sweet tooth is THROUGH THE ROOF so I added some chocolate chips in there bc I DESERVE IT and so do you 😚

Super pumped because I have plenty leftover to freeze and have for a little while, so catch me on Monday with some pancakes for brekky to get that week going!

🧠 Exercising your body AND mind

💛 It’s already known that exercise improves your physical condition and prevents disease, but what we sometimes forget is how beneficial it is for our MENTAL HEALTH!

💪🏼 Performing some kind of physical activity even if it’s just for 30 mins helps with:
✨Reducing fatigue & stress
✨Improving your awareness
✨Enhancing concentration

All of these things boost our productivity and overall mood for the day.

Starting off the new year with a bang and created "Jenn's Killer Core" class! Whether you want to start your morning off with a nice workout or get your body moving mid day, you have multiple options available!!

About two months ago, I decided to get back to the text book and get my certification in group fitness. As a CPT you need 2 continued education units to maintain your cert & I felt it was only right to study group fitness 💪🏼
