Here’s some advice I find myself giving clients on a regular basis:
Aim for at least 100g of protein 🍗🥩🥚a day.
Here’s why:
I generally recommend 1g per lb of BW (give or take) per day..
which is typically higher than 100g for the average person…
BUT..most people are NOT reaching anywhere near 100g / day.
Aiming for 100g is a nice round number that is much more attainable and most likely an increase in protein for many people.
Once they are comfortable and consistent with 100g we typically increase!
