At Eat the Frog Fitness our Olympic inspired small group sessions will have cardio, strength, flexibility, core, and recovery all built in. Each workout is customizable to equally benefit the first timer, as well as elite athletes.
🔹FLEXCORE - Our Flexcore sessions help improve power & agility, as well as build core strength.
🔹STRENGTH - Our Strength sessions use Nubell weights, Alpha sandbags, & the TRX training system to build strength and tone muscle. Our Strength sessions will help you feel stronger, burn more calories, & boost energy levels.
🔹CARDIO - Our expert designed Cardio sessions will expand your workout capacity using a combination of Concept 2 Rowers and Keiser Spin Bikes. This proprietary combination of low impact and high intensity equipment allows you to train harder AND smarter.
🔹 RECOVERY - We factor recovery into every session. We use a combination of Trigger Point Rollers, as well as state of the art stretching and recovery exercises after every session. This helps decrease your risk for injuries, and helps you recover like the Pro's.
