Oops .. had one too many pizzas and cocktails and skipped the gym these past couple of months 🤯 WHO IS SHE (really I haven’t been that far out of my norm in 7 years 😬 🙄 life and work got in the way a little bit, it happens
* SO SORRY I’VE BEEN MIA *
Here are some life updates 🥰 I have a boyfriend now 🥰 I officially retired from in person training at and solely am running the business (bittersweet, miss you all). I had covid over Christmas AGAIN. My sweet niece was born this month. And we just got back from a Florida trip where I learned (from my bf golf coach) how to hit the ball even better 😎 a vacation that was much needed - haven’t been on a flight since 2019!
So been busy! And life is good 💋
and it was totally in my control to keep up with my routine and healthy habits but didn’t really wanna 🤷🏼♀️ and even though I kept up with some a lot of it was put on the backburner which is OK! You don’t have to always prioritize crushing the gym 7 days per week or eating salads for lunch every day. Find what makes your heart and mind happy. And if you get too far into a slump just have a little talk with yourself and let’s get going! Do what makes you feel good!
But try not to fall completely off bc girl it’s so hard to get back on beleive me - and I do this for a living.
it’s safe to say I’m ready to get back into the grind 💪🏻 today will be 3 consecutive days of my new program I’ve started for myself. Easy to do because it’s my favorite kind of workout, lifting with some cardio 😍
It’s ok if you didn’t start on Jan 1 … get going, the sooner the better 🙂🥰

2022 I’m ready for ya 😎
New year, same old goal of getting stronger and maintaining a balance with my nutrition. It’s not easy to build healthy habits. That’s why we start small and set attainable goals. Ultimately we want to build a ….
Routine 👏🏻 routine 👏🏻 routine 👏🏻
How many times have I said this 😂
Admittedly I fell out of routine literally since my birthday in November 😮 hey, I REALLY celebrated. And then the holidays came, I got covid (again) - the whole thing.
And mentally, for me, I needed a break. I still got a workout in occasionally and aimed to get my protein. But it was nice to actually not obsess over my physical appearance for a little while.
It helped me realize what is important to me and that’s to keep up with a routine to get my mind right. There’s so many things that can cause us stress in a day and exercise and healthy nutrition is really what can help ease this regularly.
We can come up with all the excuses - but the longer we live here the more off track and behind we get. Whether or not you have a goal in mind, it’s important to take care of yourself!
SO that being said ….. she’s back and ready to work on the little bit of squoosh I put on in the last 7 weeks … 💪🏻 more lifting, dialing in on nutrition and water intake, less alcohol, more sleep.
Lean muscle mass > “skinny” or thin any day for me. because having muscle means your metabolism is faster and you burn more calories at rest. I have lifted weights for 8+ years so a little time off didn’t set me back too much because of the muscle I’ve put on. So try not to obsess over missing a day or a week. I will repeat this: just don’t live there. GET BACK ON TRACK

holidays have you off track? you’re not alone. I’m way behind with my goals and normal routine but I’m not beating myself up because I know what I need to do to get myself going again.
routines change, bodies change, habits change, but guess what - you’re not stuck there. all you need is that determination to just FEEL healthy again. to WANT change because it makes you FEEL good.
as we come into a new year where goal setting is big - use this time to create realistic goals for your health to build long term habits like ..
- wake up earlier every day
- go for walks
- eat more veggies and fruits
- exercise 2-5 times per week
- workout to FEEL good not for appearance
- positive affirmations every day
Take care of that mental health too and the best way to do this is to put yourself first and do whatever it takes for YOU ❤️
Like I always say - choose foods you like, exercise you enjoy. You can’t create a routine doing things you dread 😤
Slow and steady progress 😍❤️ can’t wait to keep track of progress and challenge myself in the new year!
Stay tuned for some New Years specials with my online training AND ways we can get you moving at

4 miles outside never felt so …. HARD. But I did it, and I’m very proud!
The hardest part is the motivation to do it. Especially in the cold weather, the fact that I haven’t run outside OR over 2 miles in probably 2 months.
But you have to be your own motivator. Yes, there are days I don’t want to move my body (which is crazy to think I used to run half marathons). Sometimes even trainers need breaks. And that’s okay. You can’t ALWAYS be at the top of your game! Or return to what you were doing.
Find a comfortable pace for you and work yourself back to a good routine. Can’t tell you when (or if 😂) I’ll be back out there but it sure felt good today and the fact that I know I still got it is very motivating.
Throw on a podcast or your favorite album and get out there. Whatever motivated you! Happy Friday! 🥰❤️

Hi just here to remind you that the scale is an evil creature that can haunt you at any second and you should prob kick that thing to the curb if you want some REAL progress.
Seriously — I can’t tell you how many times a number has brought me into a serious spiral. Just four years ago (on the left) if I ate too much out of my normal daily calories or drank alcohol or had too many sweets I would beat myself up, starve myself and workout for an hour longer. God forbid my weight increased.
I was obsessive. Addicted to a number. Attached to being “thin” but fit. I mentally was NOTTTTT okay.
It took a lot and it was not a change I made overnight but I did it - I decided to ignore the scale and give myself a break if I ever fell off track. eventually my weight went up because I put on more muscle and actually ATE FOOD.
I am balanced. My life has more freedom and I couldn’t be happier.
So please, let go of being attached to a number. We all grow inside and out and our bodies evolve. Just because you were a “size 0” in highschool doesn’t mean that’s where you are meant to be now.
Exercise and nutrition shouldn’t be stressful. Enjoy your life while exercising for your well-being. Not for a physical outcome. That will come if you just look at it differently ❤️
Strong > skinny 😍 to my followers - you know I don’t have to remind you that muscle weighs more than fat, right? It’s kinda always been my thing because, I mean … proof in the photo above. Trust it!
And that’s the best transformation I could have ever had. Seriously, are we just going to live every day of our lives disliking a number on the scale? There’s more to life than that ☺️ learn to let go and aim to get stronger 💪🏻

here’s your Thursday morning reminder that our bodies go through seasons (especially women) and it’s okay to change. It’s normal. I’ve been GRINDING this past month in the gym and eating much healthier and I feel my best. But july - September were way less than perfect in terms of my eating habits and exercise. But it was a “season” and I’m happy I got myself back on track .. just in time for birthday month 🥰 and ready for the holidays!
Remember - you can always start again no matter what life throws at you.
And also, us trainers go through body changes too, we are not perfect!!!!
Good luck and as always in here for support!

had to do a Soph post because I love her so much. this pretty lady had a vet appointment, had to get some shots 😢 and so I took her to get her favorite treats and fed her four of them LOL … hey, a reward for good behavior is never a bad idea 👏🏻🙂
And that doesnt apply to just doggies - a reward for keeping yourself accountable and on track is also a great idea 😍 and I don’t mean rewarding ourselves with food because we are well all week! We don’t reward ourselves with candy dessert or wine - We do that anyways (in moderation of course)
Reward yourself with a new pair of leggings. With a spa treatment. With some extra TLC because you deserve it 🥰
