Sea Scout Quartermaster Project Completed - Delaware River Yacht Club prepares for 100th Anniversary adding little curb appeal to the Delaware River boating community. Project total over 540 hours consisting of 12 work days. Noah D. Hall will move to Quartermaster Bridge of Review early June in his desire of the National Double Status: Eagle Scout & Quartermaster Ranks.

484 Boatswain Noah Hall delivered his recently developed PowerPoint focusing on Maritime First Aid to a packed house last evening. Inspired by his tall ship training on the S.S Kalmar Nikel, the program concentrated on a need that is curiously missing from Sea Scout advancement and skillsets especially at the lower ranks. That need: Addressing emergency medical situations on the water when EMS response is not readily available or may be significantly delayed. He received excellent positive feedback from the subject matter experts in attendance (Thank you SME's).
Next step, presentation of a final product to the national Sea Scout leadership. COL Council Commodore Steve Leopold has contacted the national Sea Scouts leadership regarding the excellent potential of Noah's initiative, and is awaiting a response.

Proud to report that the SSTV Windward Flo has met the mighty Delaware River for the 1st time under Sea Scout control. The pairing was accomplished smoothly and without incident. Bravo Zulu crew! NO LEAKS!!!
