So what ever goal you set, once you are diligent and stay committed and "keep the right mindset" on the goal. You can overcome whatever challenges may come and achieve what you want to do.

Being a part of a team, especially a team that works hard and has team unity is one of the best feelings in the world.

I had the pleasure of being in this environment again at the BILLIE JEAN KING CUP in Panama and I am inspired...and motivated, cause I saw players pull together as a 'TEAM' have fun and kick butt.... I know it works.

The 5th and final part of the criteria is that your goals need to have a time limit....
....TIME BOUND GOALS.... A DEADLINE!.
Some thing to hold you accountable to what you say you will do, you just never know when your goal will be achieved.
