Our emphasis is on sportsmanship, participation, and safety. Respect for the game, other players, and referees is expected of all members of the club. Many of our coaching staff are still active players and we hope to develop a life long passion for the game in our youth players as well.

That’s a wrap for the Boys Spring Season. Another amazing year in the books!! So many new players and parents to add to the lacrosse community. Our end of season celebration was full of good food and appreciation for all that helped make this season successful. Go Empire!!! 🥍 🥍

Congrats to Keegan Clements on her signing day!!!
Lees-McRae is getting a good one. Keegan is a do it all type of player while also being a scoring machine. Leading all the categories for her High School team , she never stops and plays hard every minute on the field. It’s been fun watching her grow and become the player she has become. Looking forward to seeing her excel at the next level. We will miss her goofy energy too. Go Bobcats!! 🥍

Our 12U boys scrimmaged IC Imagine’s MS team this week. Such a great experience to play locally and help support a budding program. Thanks to IC Imagine for hosting us. We look forward to the next matchup and the continued growth of lacrosse in the area.

What a night!! Our 10U Boys Team was able to scrimmage at halftime of the TC Roberson vs Asheville High game this past Tuesday night for our annual Empire Appreciation Night. The boys showed out too. Some huge saves by the goalies and slick finishes. The future is bright for the Empire. Thank you to TC Roberson Lacrosse for hosting us once again and thanks to both HS teams for putting on a great show in a hard fought local rivalry game. This a night these kids won’t forget.

A hard fought battle last night with Asheville High JV. A back and forth second half lead us to overtime and a game winner with less than a minute left to go in the extra frame. So cool to see these boys compete against each other on the field. Many of these players will join forces for the Summer and Fall tournament season. Can’t wait!! Go Empire!! 🥍 🥍
