Just because someone is family doesn't give them unlimited access to you.

You can love someone and still have boundaries.

You can forgive someone without allowing the same behavior to continue.

You can care about someone without participating in their chaos.

And sometimes loving someone means loving them from a distance.

Being family may give someone a place in your heart.

It doesn't automatically give them a front-row seat in your life.

Life is meant to be enjoyed, lived to its fullest not difficult, hard or a struggle.

If you are overwhelmed, anxious and addicted to your emotional state, you will continue to attract to your reality people and situations to fulfill your disappointment.

The other side of struggle is peace, joy, bliss, love and enlightenment.

There is no benefit to worry, anxiety, overwhelm and addiction.

You have struggled enough, let go of your anxiety, fear and doubt.

If you are going through challenges or feel stuck, do your best to stop judging yourself.

Don't compare yourself to someone else, you have no idea what someone else has been through to get where they are.

Focus on what you can improve on daily, set goals you can achieve, and stop obsessing about what is or could go wrong.

It is vital to feel good about what you have, who you are and what you are capable of becoming, rather than emotionally disempowering your efforts and life by focusing on what could go wrong and what you don't have.

Your mind will resist letting go of negative programs even though you experience suffering. It’s the secret payoff the ego gets from negativity. Your ego gets pleasure from “justified” resentments. To release the addiction to the pay off, you must ask yourself if it’s worth it to hold on. To move into recovery, you must become rigorously honest and release the secret pleasure of hate, blame and being right.
