Last night was our annual COOKIE MILE 🍪🏃🏻♀️🏃🏾♂️where runners had to eat a cookie (and completely swallow) before running each of 4 laps. That’s 4 cookies and 4 laps!

Most Surge workouts end with short speed intervals so we can practice finishing hard during a race. Tonight we practiced that with a 2x4x200 relay race! Congrats to and Keil Norris on their first place win 🥇

What better way to revive this account than to say how amazing our team was today at the Mayor’s Cup! We had a full roster on both the men’s and women’s side, we had full bellies by the end of the day (courtesy of our team members), and the women took home a huge trophy for FIRST PLACE!! 🏆
