As an assistant coach for the Philadelphia Eagles, Autumn is breaking glass ceilings and bringing attention to the low number of women coaches in football. Through the generosity of Scott Pioli and his family, WSF is working to get more women working in football with the Scott Pioli & Family Fund for Women Football Coaches and Scouts. The grant is open year-round and supports the development, education, and training of aspiring women football coaches and scouts who are pursuing careers in collegiate or professional football.
