We were pleased to host Frank Mallon for his insightful workshop, "Considering the Role of Human Asymmetrical Design & Sensory Processing on Posture and Movement."

As a specialist in Postural Restoration, Frank provided a comprehensive overview of this physical therapy discipline, demonstrating how his methodology effectively optimizes posture and enhances fundamental body mechanics.
For those who were unable to attend or wish to review the material, the recorded lab session and PowerPoint presentation are available upon request. Please contact June to receive these resources.

June Hines recently traveled to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, to attend assist and observe an Intermediate Seminar taught by Daria Pace at the headquarters of Romana's Pilates International.
While there, she achieved a remarkable milestone: a promotion from Level III Teacher Trainer to Level II Master Instructor Trainer — one of the highest distinctions in the Pilates world.
This honor is a testament to June's unwavering devotion to the Pilates method and her passionate commitment to preserving the legacy of Joseph Pilates. We are truly fortunate to be part of June's community, and to learn from her boundless wisdom and years of hard-earned experience.

The human body is inherently asymmetrical — from our internal systems to the way we process sensory information — and these factors combine to create unique yet predictable patterns in how we move. When left unaddressed, they can lead to persistent tension and movement dysfunction. This workshop will explore how our asymmetrical design influences movement, and equip attendees with practical tools to help neutralize these tendencies and address sensory processing issues.
