Be real with yourself right now, what excuses are you making for yourself to get out of doing the work to achieve your goals?

I’m gonna give you some big sister type of advice. If you want to eat healthier but use not knowing how to cook as an excuse, learn how to cook. If you want to get stronger but use not knowing how to use workout equipment as an excuse, do some research and teach yourself or hire a trainer to help you. If you want to lose weight but use the inability to give up your favorite foods as an excuse, learn about macro tracking and how you can still have your favorite foods in moderation while working towards a goal.

A lot of the time we hold ourselves back without even realizing it. We can be our own obstacles. Becoming aware of this helps us stop feeding into our own BS and actually take steps forward towards our goals.

you don't have to look a certain way to love yourself. you don't need to dress, act, or portray yourself a certain way to love yourself. if you're always saying "i'll get better at loving myself when i look like this", you will never be happy. the mind is very powerful, choose to love yourself each and every day no strings attached ✨

There's so many beautiful places on this Earth for us to see in our short lifetimes. I cannot justify spending the majority of my days working a 9-5 job I hate, for what? Money? A title? To do what society expects me to? What truly shapes a person is not measured in how much money they have or their job title, it's experiences. Experiences will shape you, teach you new things, and show you what's beyond your backyard... 🍃

We can't keep taking from Earth and expect her to keep providing. We can't exhaust all of her resources and get angry when there's none left. We need to begin seeing the consequences of our actions on this planet for what they are rather than float in a cloud of ignorance for comfortability's sake. Open your mind and open your heart, there is no planet B. We need Earth, she'll do just fine without us... 🌎

when this photo was taken one year ago, i wasn't vegan. my hair was unhealthy, i had some extra fat in those annoying spots, and i felt drained all the time. was i happy? generally, yeah. but the difference in my day to day feelings and my perspective of life itself have changed drastically, for the better.

i've been doing a lot of self reflection lately, trying to figure out exactly who i am and what i'm here for. i have a vision, i have goals, and so many upcoming projects. i appreciate every single person who continues to be apart of this journey with me. let's grow some more 🌱
