➡️ Then give yourself a 20-minute break

It’s true, when scholars learn how to set meaningful goals, they start to see possibility instead of limitation.

Huge thanks to Anita Lewis for the invitation and warm welcome. I shared with these future leaders about the power of goal setting—not just dreaming big, but breaking those dreams down into clear, achievable steps. 🎯💡

Through the lens of goal setting, we explored how to turn goals into action, and how clarity can lead to confidence. The energy, questions, and conversations from these scholars were truly inspiring! 🔥

Set new goals for your body!
💬 Ever feel like your body just isn’t responding anymore in your 50s—no matter how hard you try? That was me 😫

I was doing all the “right” things:
🥗 Eating clean.
🏃‍♀️ Doing daily cardio running 🏃‍♀️ 5-6 miles
🙅‍♀️ Cutting sugar. Watching portions.
But nothing was changing.🤨

Why? Because in our 50s, that combo can actually work against us.

⚠️ Too much cardio + not eating enough along with other things ❓ =
🧠 Increased cortisol (belly fat or kangaroo 🦘 pouches ) 🤭
💪 Muscle loss
🔥 Slower metabolism
Etc.

My Answer to this dilemma is:
