Our private tour.... went like THIS!
Such an unbelievably beautiful experience last weekend during our private tour of the newly renovated Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts! It was incredible to see so many popular paintings as well as many never before seen paintings from the private Middleton Family Collection! We even saw the iconic 1796 Lansdowne portrait of George Washington painted by Gilbert Stuart that was used for the creation of the one dollar bill!!! (Peep the painting on the far right side of our group picture!!!)

What an unforgettable evening at the Orchestra!
It was a privilege to gather at the beautiful reception before joining fellow alumni and friends for an inspiring performance by the Philadelphia Orchestra. A highlight of the evening was the opportunity to hear from renowned violinist and Philadelphia Orchestra Concertmaster David Kim (P '24), who generously shared his time, insights, and personal journey with our group. It was so wonderful to hear his excitement and passion about the performance.
A heartfelt thank you to David Kim (P'24) for making the evening so special. His warmth, authenticity, and passion for music left a lasting impression on everyone in attendance.
Thank you to all who joined us for this wonderful celebration of music, community, and the Hoya spirit. It was so wonderful to celebrate the Orchestra's 125th birthday with everyone. We hope to see you at an event soon!
