Listen if your a runner you can relate. These shorts are the bomb. Running in 87 degrees with 95% humidity and they did not rise at all.
Running allows me to set my mind free. Running during vacation is always the best because the scenery is different. 🏃🏾♀️

As a runner since 2009 that has been the cardio of choice. Since the pandemic and working from home my lifestyle changed. Which caused me to sit for longer than normal times that required more moving while indoors. This year I purchased a spin bike to incorporate more cardio in my life that was more low impact to balance out the lifestyle adjustment. I still am and always will be a runner, my first love. But I wanted to share that low impact cardio is still effective. You just need to go a little longer in order to burn more calories.
