Track training has begun! 🏃🏼‍♂️

For the past month I have been working on a track specific strength and conditioning program. It is finally finished and I’m excited to share it with you! I will be releasing it later this week!




The Track Specialized Program is a specialized program for distance based track athletes. In addition to focusing on injury prevention, this program increases your speed and overall strength while providing access to training through our mobile app 🏋🏼📱
