We appreciate the love on our before photos, but don’t forget… the after came from discipline we didn’t have before.

Those muscles you think look “too strong” were built through early mornings, hard workouts, self-doubt, and pushing past mental limitations. They came from choosing growth over excuses.

Some of us are mothers. Some of us were exhausted. Some of us showed up when nobody was watching. We didn’t always feel motivated, but we kept going anyway.

What you see today isn’t just a physical transformation. It’s the result of choosing ourselves, choosing our health, and choosing to become stronger in every area of life.

🔥 TODAY’S CHALLENGE 🔥
Let’s keep it simple today:
Eat all meals at home, Stick to cooked, Whole Foods No oil, No high-sodium seasonings, No snacks between meals (unless fruits) Drink 1 gallon of water, Get some form of movement (walk, gym, jump rope, workout, etc.)
Weigh yourself today and write it down.
If you make it through today, do it again tomorrow. Then do it again the next day.
Goal: 5 consecutive days.
On Day 5, weigh yourself again. I bet you’ll notice a difference, not just on the scale, but in how you feel.

Consistency doesn’t have to be huge.
You don’t need a perfect plan. Start small. Take the walk. Do a workout. Read 1 chapter. Save some money. Just keep showing up.

Most success comes from doing simple things over and over, even when you don’t feel like it.

accountability helps. It’s a lot easier when you’re surrounded by people who are growing too.

My goal isn’t just to lose weight or look a certain way. My goal is to become the healthiest version of myself mentally, physically, and financially.

I’m building discipline.
I’m building consistency.
I’m teaching myself what’s possible when I stop making excuses and start showing up for myself every day.

I also hope my journey can inspire other women who need it. In life, you get back what you put in. The work you avoid today becomes the challenge you face tomorrow.

Fitness is one of the greatest tools I’ve found to train my mind. Every workout is an opportunity to push through discomfort, build confidence, and prove to myself that I’m capable of more.

This is bigger than a transformation photo.

This is my life.

I’m a single mom with huge goals. I want to be the best version of myself for my children, my future partner, my community, and the dreams I’m working so hard to bring to life.
