1 cup of self rising flour or bread flour
(I used bread flour)
1 cup of Greek yogurt, 0-2%
1 and a half teaspoons of baking powder
pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients in a bowl till a dough form, knead it out about 20 times (don't over knead the dough) floured surface if need be.
cut into 4's or 2 bigger bagels 🥯
shape it, egg wash and top them with whatever you like (everything but the bagel, cinnamon/sugar etc.)
Bake it 350° for 30/45 mins or until golden brown.
let rest for a full 15 mins on a wire rack before cutting
