Rest, recovery, and mental conditioning all in one! Love trying new things to enhance strength training and going through the extremes of ice and sauna was an awesome experience. I’ve personally always been a fan of ice baths but I’ve never taken one as cold as this! Remember that recovery is extremely important when it comes to training. Thank you to for letting me do this! 💪🏻

Crushed 2 workouts since! If you want coaching/programming for you or an athlete you know, please reach out! Customized programs and 1 on 1 training available! 🦁

Asgardia is really starting to take shape here! Using some new equipment with our bumpers, squat rack (I may have curled in it), and trap bar! Great time to get working on your strength! Reach out for coaching/programming! 💪🏻

Completed another NSPA course a little over a week ago. This class focused on the foundations of sports performance which also allowed me to connect with dozens of other super knowledgeable coaches with a wide variety of specialties.

Thanks to and Coach Toby Brooks for another awesome class. 💪🏻🦁

Working on some upper body today with 🔨

Whenever Connor comes and lifts with me, I have him work on push ups. Even if it is a lower body day, I have him work on this staple. Not too long ago he struggled to get 2 or 3 and now he has gotten his bench up to 175 and can consistently get sets of 10-12 on push ups.

One key I like to teach is working on keeping your core engaged during push ups and you can do this by not letting your back sink down. Since I have a Connor use the push up bar he is already elevated so his hips seem much higher than normal. This is the posture I want as it’s safer for his back and makes everything more stable. Of course we don’t want our butts way up in the air but to me, this is about where I like to see the posture. 🦁

Coaching/programs are available for athletes of all ages and levels and I also still have shirts if you want one! DM me! ⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️

Here is a clip of some tempo bench I had and work on following their main bench work. Connor hit a new 1RM of 175 and just barely missed 180 lbs. I’m having Mike here focus on controlling the weight on his descent and creating an efficient bar path. Tempos are humbling and you always have to be careful with load selection. These pay off in the long term though as having control with maximal loads is what makes or breaks a lift. 🦁

It’s official! Officially a Certified Speed and Agility Coach! 🏃

My specialty has been strength and power but have to always adapt and grow as a coach and athlete. I thought I had the basics of what is needed to be a good speed/agility coach but I learned a lot from and really enjoyed testing things out on myself and when I work with speed athletes with

Can’t wait to get the next certification! Keep growing everyone! 🦁

We must always have a variety of tools to utilize to develop strength/power. A great example of a bench variation I use frequently for athletes is the tempo bench shown here. The descent and pause are longer than normal to get used to positioning as well as strengthen the muscles through those positions. Load isn’t always the most important factor and when working with an athlete on lifts, I often will slow them down like I am doing here. 🦁

To show some love I wanted to share some people who inspire me through their hard work and dedication to our shared craft of fitness.
- who helped introduce me to powerlifting and has been able to develop the skills to dunk! ⚡️

- who introduced me to lifting in the first place and created a foundation upon everything I have done athletically stemmed from. Dave has also given me the opportunity to sharpen my skills with him and I could not appreciate it more. ⚡️

/ - who has inspired me to pursue my dream of owning my own facility and pushing athletes to their top potential. Richie and I went to the same high school and I knew about him way before he had heard of the scrappy kid I was in 10th grade baseball. ⚡️

- who I had the pleasure of meeting this past year but has reinvigorated an awareness for the mind/body connection and mindfulness in me through his social media. ⚡️

/ .subs - who has chased his dream and succeeded at opening his own facility which he can work with so many different people. Mike and I used to work out at our local YMCA and I knew I could always find him in the free weight section ⚡️

Please consider following these amazing people who have inspired me and pushed me to become the best coach possible. Each person has their own coaching style and abilities and I believe that is important. Just as I may teach something’s my way, they have theirs. They all have something meaningful that we can all learn from 🦁 @ Bucks County, Pennsylvania
