University of Pennsylvania Women's Rowing Team

The origins of Penn Women's Rowing can be traced back to 1934 and when the sport was offered and taught as a class. In 1967 the sport returned to campus as a club sport and then was promoted to varsity status in 1975 to become the 14th women's varsity athletic team at Penn.
