ATTENTION!!! For those who are interested... Combat mma has three students, we need five to be registered under one of my trainers masters, (the one who teaches hand to hand to new York SWAT). Try a class for free, we go to roughly 5 (optional) seminars a year... ADAM WILL SHOW YOU WHAT YOU NEED MOST... Some prefer all around... Self defense, and competition, and weapons. Your choice give it a shot..

and for non members, you are more than welcome to atend the non formal practices, and try a class, for free, just post when your free

for members of Combat mma, schedual remains the same for over spring break, but im trying to hold an extra informal practice or two, monday, or next saturday, anybody free?
