The goal is for our mind and body to become stronger everyday not our excuses!!
When I lose motivation itās because of lack of focus on a goal. So I make sure to list out what Iām working towards. I Give myself little rewards for making benchmarks. Iām easily motivated that way and keeps me consistent.
I know thatās not easy for everyone..so thatās why Iām here⦠why Endgame exists to help you find that motivation! Whether itās to learn how to Box, get stronger or just be consistent let us be your day one!
Many of our members started with no plan and now they have set goals for themselves ( A few I have set goals for them, they donāt know about yet:).
Letās get back on track together DM me for more info and special offer to become part of our community!

When I started my fitness career, I started as a manager .. working to make sure we hit our bottom line. Later in my career I found my passion for working with people, helping them reach their goals and feel good about themselves.
People constantly asked me whatās my motivation and I always said āI do it for the peopleā! That has always been my drive in everything Iāve done, with every brand I have been part of !
Today I reached one of my ultimate goals and signed the lease for my first gym. I canāt tell you the excitement in my heart to be able to become part of the Philadelphia Fitness community again! It has been a journey (to say the least) and I have been so fortunate to have the love and support of my close friends, family and clients to get me to this place! Truly thank you for everything!
So with that āAllow me to re-introduce myselfā - my name is Geoffrey McBride (aka The General) Owner of āEndgame Boxing and Fitnessā! First stop Philadelphia!! Details coming very soon ..look forward to working with you all again!
Thank you everyone for the motivation:)

The worse thing about getting older is the inevitability of death, not just your own but of others around you. Though DMX wasnāt a family member nor did I have his personal cell ... he came to the scene at a time I was finding the person I would ultimately be ... his lyrics made me feel empowered, soulful in thought and prayers; at times made me feel like the most dangerous person around. I can name so many songs that touched a moment in my life ... āGet at me Dogā - played around my prom which led me to be elbowed in the eye and lose vision for a moment. āStop Being Greedyā - made me think about the light and dark sides of my own life during anger management (remains my favorite song)... āWho we Beā. - Became my anthem before my track meets played it everytime before I got on the line. āRuff Ryders Anthemā - my first town vs town fight donāt know who brings music to a gang fight but was fitting. When I was in college you could always hear me singing the remix version ... maybe you have heard me sing it in one of my classes. I truly could go his verse in ā24 hours to liveā or in 4,3,2,1 ... his music inspired and exhibited strength. Though he lived his life with many up and downs... in his lyrics you experienced his life with him - triumphs, sadness and his spiritual beliefs. Truly sad about this one but he will live on through his music and the generation of kids now adults who grew up with him.... RIP DMX!

Two sayings that stay with me and walk hand and hand with each other. Too often we let the distractions and the struggles in our life hold us back. Other times we settle famously using the line āit is what it isā š¤·šæāāļø. How many times have you asked yourself whatās Next? Have you even formed a plan to move forward to progress or have you been frozen in thought? I have always preached that you should always be moving forward looking for whatās next and I have also had the moments where I stood still. I know we have all taken the hits but letās work on staying the course. This week I want you to consider one thing that you havenāt moved forward on... whether itās working out ,cleaning your home or reaching out to a family member... I donāt care what it is by set a time and day and do it. If itās something BIGGER then write out the steps and start with step 1. There is no excuse but the ones we create to deal with the defeat we place on ourselves. LETS WIN THIS WEEK!! Sending my positive vibes to you all!!! Letās get it!

Itās funny how life starts with one picture and then with in a blink ends with another. The transition can be for some scary and for others a welcomed opportunity. The journey along the way is something that stays with you. This past year has been a lot of transition .. itās mixed with a rollercoaster of triumphs and highs; as well as devastating heartbreaks and lows. Iām sure a lot of you reading this could attest to the same experience.... The constant is the man I am and what drives me everyday. At one point Iād get up everyday take a 4:45am Bus to NYC teach classes, do some administrative work, teach more classes and get back home by 10-10:30pm and do it again the very next day. At another point Iād keep the same schedule and alternate one week in NYC and another in Philadelphia. Truth is... Yes I am a workaholic but itās because I love working with people. I love being able to unlock their potential and being a positive force in their day. It helped shape the man you see today. No matter the change of uniform, my heart will never change. My title āGeneralā, came from a friend of mine, a member from my UFC days.. I use to think it was just because of my gritty teaching style. Over time itās true meaning became evident. I lead people to their best versions of themselves. Every time you woke up not feeling great, lost a job, added a few pounds, wanted a bigger butt, develop a revenge body or you just needed someone in your corner to get you to the next level I have always and will always be there. āTeam Generalā is about collectively leading each other to our top potential! You all have been part of my team and I have been part of yours... WE ARE ONLY JUST GETTING STARTED... Thank you all of you who have been part of my journey and letting me part of yours. My message to you today is ātransition is inevitableā, changes good or bad will always find their way to your home no matter the year. Learn from the journey fortify the person you are and continue working towards being your best version. TEAM GENERAL we will be seeing each other āVery Soonā ;) LETS GET BACK TO THE WORK !!

This past Sunday my mother passed away after 5 years fighting Cancer. If you ever had the opportunity to meet her or just hear me talk about her you know how extraordinary she was. She was not only my rock but the cornerstone of our entire family. My mother taught me to be strong, to be successful in business and how love my family unconditionally. We would talk for hours on the phone about everything under sun. I know way more than Iām suppose to about soap operas especially days of our lives. She lived with no fear and when things got tough she never faltered, she did whatever it took to come out on top. She was the definition of class, determination and love. Even in her last days she met it head on with strength and grace. Iām so happy to call myself her son and one her best friends. Truly a piece of me will not be the same without her here. I have so many great memories and no regrets, she lived her life to the fullest. Iāve always said my mother is the strongest person Iāve ever known in my life. My mother would want us to celebrate her life, she was never one for tears or sadness. She only believed in living life the best that you can and bringing joy to her family. She was an accomplished optometrist and more importantly an amazing NaNa to Naomi... I love you mommy I am happy you can rest now..
