The many phases of stretching and or warming up at home when the dogs find you on their level.
It’s never easy when they want to “help” but I wouldn’t change having them around when training or working from home. They really are the best workout partners and co workers one could ask for.

While I was unsure of the cold plunge each morning, it’s been a unique experience.
Things I’ve noticed since doing it for almost 2 weeks now.
More energy throughout the day
Improved mood
The feel of accomplishment first thing in the morning
Self trust - telling myself I’m going to do it and following through.
4-5 mins of a quiet mind, focused on breathing and sometimes watching the pups play.
I’m excited to see how it continues to help and change my mindset.
