“WHO’S GOT THE GLOW? 🔥”

Ever since I started using chalk consistently, I’ve been on that no-slip, locked-in, Bruce Leroy in the gym energy.

Call it anime delusion if you want, but when the grip is secure and the mindset is right — you move different.
Whether it’s a heavy pull, your first PR, or just showing up consistently, safety is strength, and chalk is a cheat code more people should be using.

And yes… I may or may not practice my Goku power-up stance between sets. 😤

Some days you’re crushing workouts 💪🏽

But listen—small steps still count. Don’t despise the slow progress. Just keep choosing to show up. Even if you stumble, God’s strength will carry you through. 🙌🏽

Some of these moves didn’t hit my workout plan until this year… but they’ve been doing damage (the good kind 💥).

Let’s break it down real quick:

👉🏾 Face Pulls – Not just a shoulder movement… these fix your posture and make your upper back pop.
👉🏾 Split Squats – Humbling. Builds your glutes, quads, balance, and character 😤
👉🏾 DB Curls + DB Shrugs (Superset) – Biceps & traps catch fire together = time-saving gains.
👉🏾 Reverse Cable Curls – Underrated forearm work. Helps with grip AND aesthetics.
👉🏾 Ab Wheel Rollouts – You’ll feel these in your soul. Core, shoulders, stability? All locked in.

I’ve learned this: when you actually train what you skip… the definition starts to show up.

There’s something beautiful about becoming—
Not just physically in the gym…
But mentally through learning…
And spiritually through staying rooted in God. 🙏🏾💪📚

Lately, I’ve been stacking reps, prayers, and pages—reading The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People after Atomic Habits… because leveling up starts on the inside first.

Growth is more than the pump—it’s the discipline in the kitchen, the peace in prayer, and the mindset you build when no one’s watching.

And yes, I’m still getting my protein in—with curry chicken, curry goat, curry anything really 👀🔥
Plus, I just discovered chickpeas and hummus, and let’s just say… they understood the assignment. 😌
