5 minute Monday! Here's another great 5 minute workout to get you up and moving. Try it now for a little workout break!

Do as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes:
20 high knees
10 push ups
5 forward lunges on each leg

Tip: to make the push ups more doable do them against a couch or counter

Who needs a little mental break today? Try this deep breathing exercise, it's called the 4/7/8 breath and it's one of my favorites. You inhale through your nose for a 4 count, hold your breath for a count of 7, and then exhale out your mouth completely for a count of 8. Do this 4 times to help you destress during the day or fall asleep at night!

After 7 1/2 amazing years at the Colorado Athletic Club it is time for a new adventure! I am now officially self employed and running my own personal training and wellness business. I can see clients at my Denver studio or in their home/office. If you aren't local I can create virtual training plans or do sessions via FaceTime. Here's to an exciting new chapter in my life!
