Excellent few days back in London 🇬🇧 for the Annual Symposium, such a milestone for to host this international community of experts in Performing Arts Medicine!

Can’t believe it’s been 12 years since I graduated from the MSc in PAM myself and was calling London home ❤️

Loved learning & catching up with colleagues & friends from around the world 🌍 and even managed to sneak in some time for family & Pilates 💪🏻

Grateful for these full circle moments in life, and for all the great work I get to be part of 🙏🏻✨
