Two different locker areas that had to be fixed up.

A gym that needed restoration because the floor was too slippery due to unsuitable cleaning products.

It looks almost impossible but this is the same floor, located in a Sheraton Hotel. Its recovery was achieved by using a Clean strip, melamine disc, neutralized with acid water. After it had dried a double coat of PU Sealer Satin and Duro Plus was added and the stunning result was accomplished.

Instead of tearing out this old linoleum floor (first picture) and having to close down this classroom for a while, Schutz decided to safe and instead renovate it.

Full restoration of this gym floor in only 4 days.

The project started off with a round of thorough cleaning followed by 2 coats of Basecoat. Last step was to add the Topcoat Semi Gloss and in the final result we can see the big difference between the first and last picture.

Schutz came up with a smart solution to this problem.
