Upside down yogi! One of our class favorites- introducing vestibular movement with play ❤️ moves like this can be regulating for kids and helps strengthen their vestibular system- making it more flexible while making it fun!

For our class on Oct. 29 at 10 a.m. at Peace Valley feel free to dress up in your Halloween costumes or any other favorite outfit for imagination play!

This weather has me thinking about fall classes already!

Next week I’m teaching a half day drop off camp for K-2 graders There are still spots left for 3 hours of yoga fun, games, skill building and crafts ❤️ Kids always leave with new friends, new poses and new ways to move and breathe. See you there!
