"People say enough is enough! They say you can't undo what's done. People say the road is just too rough, but what do they know? Life is just a show, go reload your gun! Just begin again, you don't have to win, losing is no sin, so just dig in, and...begin again!" ~ Spinal Tap
Norse Hammer basic punch/kick combos into Thai pads
Punches and elbow strikes into the focus mitts
Combining punches with elbows is harder than it looks. Gabriella Guzman makes it look easy. It's been my experience that elbow strikes are the last thing Thai boxing practitioners master -(after punches, kicks and knees) Few people progress into striking variations effectively, even when they do develop a good elbow strike, which like I said, is the last thing to develop. Don't know why, it just IS.

Short round of punches into focus mitts - NorseHammer Muay Thai
Gabriella was training with me when I was coaching at an MMA gym in Warminster a few years ago. Since then she became a wife and mother of two children and we picked up where we left off. It's not common that someone in her situation - minimal training and several years off - would be as skillful and intense as she is, and you wouldnt think that she is still somewhat of a beginner, but it's true. It's DAMN true! Muay Thai isn't just a brutal sport for dudes, it is an ART above all else, and sometimes an intelligent, pretty girl can find beauty in that art!
