2.5 years ago I stepped away from powerlifting for personal reasons. In 20-30 weeks I’ll be stepping out of my comfort zone and on to a bodybuilding stage for the first time in my life. When my wife told me she would be supportive and be by my side, that’s all I needed to hear to lock in.

I have no clue where this will take me or if I’ll even enjoy it but I will see this through and try my absolute best.

And yes, I’m very aware my posing needs a lot of work but that’s what I hired .nguyen_fit for.

Treat your warmup sets like your working sets and you’ll unlock a higher amount of potential from that given exercise.

If you’re looking to build muscle and/or get stronger, rest is imperative. 2-3 min is best in lots of cases

If you’re trying to get stronger, progressive overload is necessary. Range of motion and technique need to stay consistent on EVERY SINGLE REP.
