I have the conversation about the true nature of patience often. With myself and with others. What is it really? Is it the appearance of calm with a storm raging inside? Or is it the act of calming the storm before it reaches beyond the boundaries of my skin?

Patience is in the breath. The calm the eye of the storm. Quiet the mind. Open the heart. Quiet the mind. Open the heart. The clouds will clear and make way for peace every time. Wait for the quiet. Be still. Wait for it.

You are not the storm. You are the deep resonance of peace at your center.
