Progress doesn’t necessarily mean losing fat or gaining muscle. Sometimes progress can simply mean improving your form, increasing your strength, or building your overall confidence in the gym (and let’s be honest, life).

Progress literally means, “a forward or onward movement toward a destination.”

✔️The first part of the video is from January 12th. This was the first time my client had ever done a kettlebell swing. While we were still focusing on his form, there was definitely room for improvement. 
✔️He started at 25lbs.

✅The second part of the video is from March 30th. He is using his hips to drive the motion. Look at that form!
✅He has significantly increased his weight to 60lbs for 12 reps!!

💪That’s progress.
