In this meditation we talk about what is going on with this specific Lunar eclipse and full moon in Scorpio and Ta**us.

This full moon is special because it brings to an end the last 2 years.

We all have held onto so much trauma from Covid and adjusting to this new world it created.

Whether that is fears that have formed around health, finances, relationships, etc. We all have things to let go of from this period. This meditation guides you through this change and how to let go.

Itโ€™s hard to discover if you are experiencing burnout. I had no idea i was burnt out from life, from motherhood, from trying to be everything everyone needed me to be and from trying to launch a new business before i was healed from the burnout of the last one.

What happened? I started suffering from all of the things listed below.

I wrote this meditation to help recover from it in a realistic time of 5 min. You may need to do it several times before feeling better.

How do you know if youโ€™re burnt out?

Are you feeling physically and emotionally drained, even after a good night's sleep?

Have you noticed a decrease in your productivity and efficiency at work or in your daily tasks?

Do you find it challenging to concentrate or stay focused on your responsibilities?

Have you been experiencing increased feelings of cynicism, detachment, or negativity?

Do you often feel overwhelmed or like you're constantly facing insurmountable challenges?

Have you noticed changes in your appetite, either overeating or loss of interest in food?

Are you neglecting your self-care and personal needs, such as exercise, hobbies, or social activities?

Do you frequently experience headaches, body aches, or other physical symptoms without an underlying medical condition?

Have you been experiencing difficulty sleeping or insomnia?

Do you feel emotionally drained and detached from the things you used to find enjoyable?

Are you experiencing mood swings, irritability, or a shorter temper than usual?

Have you noticed a decrease in your overall motivation and enthusiasm for life?

Are you frequently calling in sick or using up your leave days due to feeling unwell or exhausted?

Do you often feel like you're trapped in a cycle of constant stress and cannot see a way out?

Have you been neglecting your relationships, either at home or with friends, due to feeling burnt out?

If you answered "yes" to several of these questions, it may be an indication that you are experiencing burnout. It's important to prioritize self-care, seek support from loved ones or professionals, and consider making necessary changes to reduce stress and restore balance in your life. ๐ŸŒŸ One of the reasons why I adore Forward Fold is because it grants me the ability to see things from a whole new perspective. As I gracefully surrender into the pose, folding my body forward and reaching towards my toes, the world around me seems to shift. It's like a magical invitation to explore the hidden depths within myself and the universe. โœจ

๐ŸŒž When I'm in Forward Fold, my gaze naturally turns inward, focusing on the sensations within my body. As my head hangs heavy, my thoughts seem to float away, leaving behind a serene stillness. ๐Ÿ’” Today was a hard day... ๐Ÿ˜” My 2 and 4-year-old decided to have a "no day," and it made everything so challenging. ๐Ÿ˜ซ After the fourth meltdown and a series of unfortunate events, my youngest got so mad that he couldn't reach the potty to p*e standing up. ๐Ÿšฝ This led to a p*e-filled disaster, with the floor and his brother both falling victim to the chaos. ๐Ÿ™ˆ All I wanted was to check out and hide in the car, letting the tears flow freely. ๐Ÿ˜ข

But moments like these remind me to pause, cancel plans, and find solace in simpler things. ๐ŸŒณ So, we headed to the park, taking deep breaths and hitting the reset button. ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ We all have these days, and it's a universal reminder that we're all human, facing our own challenges. ๐Ÿค— The judgmental glances from people around me only added to the loneliness, making it feel like I was the only one going through this. ๐Ÿ’” But let me tell you, you are not alone. ๐Ÿค
