Hi Everyone,
I will continue teaching at LA Fitness - Moon Valley & Esporta - Paradise Valley but I will not be teaching Zumba format anymore. My class is now Cardio Jam. You can expect more variety of music and dance styles in addition to Latin music. Here is my Cardio Jam classes listed on the gyms calendar.

Sunday Easter Zumba class. Thank you everyone for your energy and happy smiles. Many thanks to Jerry for the bunny ears and bunny stuffed animals. We had a good work out and so much fun wearing those bunnies ears while dancing although I almost dropped mine a couple times 😍😂😂😂

Completed another dance fitness format instructor training today and become certified Grovey Effect instructor. The training was intense and fun. Lots of HITT and the music is electrified. I can’t wait to teach Grovey Effect class😍

There has been so many unexpected changes at my other job since Covid 2 years ago, people left and came back, the company hired then rehired, causing my schedule to be changed up and down overnight, and I had to give up some of my Zumba classes too!
But the good thing is that the new job schedule allows me to start teaching Friday mornings again😊 So, Yasss! I’m back baby😍
