Gotta love 112🌡️The day started with a dreadmill run and ended with a great swim in the 50m pool.

1:45 on the treadmill today. I got to watch some really great (sarcasm) tv, Cheaters and the Co****le championship. Co****le was fun and who knew you could watch Co****le on TV?

Great training ride today with the athletes .simonton , Sammy and Mary. A few mile of zone 1/2 and then some fast rolling hills, a few more miles of tempo and a good cool down.
