We are excited to announce the addition of Sierra Steimel to our coaching staff. Coach Sierra is a former D-1 athlete. She spent her last 2 seasons at Texas State University. Before that she had 2 great years here in Arizona at Phoenix College where she led them to a 57-8-1 overall record, a Region 1 and ACCAC championship along with a fourth-place showing at the NJCAA National Championship in 2016. As a freshman in 2015 she aided Phoenix College to a NJCAA Regional 1 championship and sixth-place finish at the NJCAA National Championship. She graduated from Basha high school in 2014. She has been a part of the Arizona softball scene since 2004!!!

Coach Sierra is just finishing up her doctorate to be a physical therapist with the focus on sports medicine and muscle recovery. She is also an amateur bodybuilder with several competitions under her belt, a personal trainer and a private hitting, fielding and pitching coach. Competition is what fuels her!!!She will be an amazing asset to this group of young ladies. Her vast knowledge on the field and her mental approach will undoubtedly give these girls the edge to make some noise this season.

Looking for like-minded players that fit our culture and level of play. The 2023/24 season will be full of hard work and travel as we will compete in the top tournaments in the country. Our coaching staff works equally as hard to ensure our ability to compete at the highest level while continuously developing our players. There will be a major focus on recruiting and working with our players to get them in front of the right people for the best chance to succeed at achieving their goals/dreams.
