It’s been to long since my last post!
So here it is... 😅
When you are in need of an exercise to work your entire body, along with cardiovascular, think about picking up something heavy and walking with it! :) ie: “Farmers Carry’s” Can be done loading one side as shown here, works more abdominal’s. Or with both hands. Shoulders back, tailbone slightly tucked to engage core while walking.
