I woke up with the word, "LINGER" popped into my head. So this is the theme for my yoga class tonight. How can you linger in your day today? To enjoy each precious moment? That is the question I ask you and myself.
I am subbing Sarah Davis's Restore Your Floor: Women's Pelvic Health class this Thursday at 6:30 pm at Desert Song Family Yoga. I subbed it last week and really enjoyed teaching. We started with subtle exercises to connect with the pelvic floor muscles and the transverse abdominal muscles. Then continued on with other yogic strengthening exercises for the core and the whole body. If you are feeling you need a 'little push or nudge' to reconnect to your body I encourage you to try out the class this week or when Sarah is back next week.
