Take Control with Autumn Calabrese's newest Program!!

2020 feels like it has taken control of everything. Time to take it back with Super Trainer Autumn Calabrese’s newest program, 9 Week Control Freak! Autumn designed this program as three, 3-week phases that will increase in intensity and exercise difficulty. You’ll commit to five days of exercise per week with workouts ranging from just 18 to 30 minutes. On workout days, you'll also do Controlled Stretch sessions using stretching, breathing exercises, and other restorative techniques that will help prepare you for better sleep and recovery overnight.

You’ll need a few key pieces of equipment to do the variety of 9 Week Control Freak workouts including the Control Track with B-LINES Resistance Band, Fitness Step, Core Ball, and dumbbells. 9 Week Control Freak is a comprehensive approach to taking control of the things that truly dictate the quality of your life, like strength, stamina, nutrition, and even sleep. It’s time to take control! The Coach-Exclusive Window starts December 7, and offers go on sale for everyone with the official VIP Early Access kickoff on December 21. If you know me well then you know I am very big on Manifestation and Mindset!! What you believe and speak into existence about yourself is what shapes your life and that ... my friend ... comes from your Mindset. 🧘‍♀️

One way to set your mindset is to have a couple daily affirmations. One of my favorites is a reminder to stay focused and positive.

✨"The universe is always listening so I will keep my thoughts and words focused on all that I wish to manifest in my life!"

Here's the thing, whatever you choose to believe about losing weight, exercise, your ability to master a new skill, get that dream job, have those healthy happy relationships… Is what will be in your life. Yes it all sounds a bit granola but stay with me for a minute.

Think about the last time you were surrounded with negativity. Your mind clattering with limiting beliefs about what you can do or have. You have a scarcity mindset which leads you to feel greedy, worried, out of control, You're sending out and receiving back low vibration, nothing is going your way, work sucks, kids are bad, binge eating and drinking to escape and it just keeps piling on
... Buuuuuttt ...
When you are positive, in a good mood, generous, grateful, life has an ease about it, things seem to go your way, your feel supported, feel grace and compassion to those around you. You are vibrating at a high level and that attracts and manifest good things in your life.

It really is that simple.

Ingredients
🍁½ cup dry rolled oats
🍁1 scoop Cafe Latte Shakeology (Whey or Vegan)
🍁¼ tsp ground nutmeg
🍁1 cup unsweetened almond milk
🍁1 tbsp chopped pecans
🍁1 tbsp pure maple syrup

Instructions
Add oats, Shakeology, and nutmeg to a 16 oz jar; stir to combine.
Add almond milk and mix well. Seal the lid and refrigerate overnight. Top with pecans and maple syrup just before serving.

You can store these refrigerated for up to 24 hours, so we like to make one at night before going to bed!

I wanna talk a bit about meal planning and prepping today, because these things will change the game for you!

First, It can seem overwhelming if you’ve never tried it before, but having a plan and prepping for the week will actually save you time and money! ⌛💵

1. 🍽 Start planning your meals for next week. Most people eat dinner with their families, so I recommend starting there and working backwards through your day.
2. 🗓 Plan however you would like! Some people prefer pen and paper, some use a spreadsheet on the computer, some people prefer to track with an app. How are you going to make YOUR plan?
3.🗒 Make a grocery list and get your shop on! You’ll probably find most of the healthy foods you want in the perimeter of the grocery store; Pro tip don't shop hungry 🥴
4. 🔪 Prep, prep, prep! Cut up veggies and fruit🥕🥒🫑🥦, boil a bunch of eggs🥚🥚🥚, make a big batch of oatmeal for breakfasts for the week… [checkout the 🍁Maple ONO on my next post!]anything to save yourself time during the week and minimize your excuses to eat something that doesn’t align with your goals!
5.💧Calculate your water goal. You want to aim to drink half your bodyweight in ounces every day. So, if you weigh 150 pounds, your water goal should be 75 oz.
