The topic of self-defense can bring up many emotions and past traumatic experiences. We understand because we are women. Our goal is to foster a safe space for women to come together to learn a couple of strikes/releases and more importantly to leave more confident in their own awareness should they ever find themselves in a position of danger. Interested in our next class? Join us on Sunday, October 20th from 10am-12pm and share with any women/women-identifying folks 13+ years old. Link to rsvp in bio!

Kaii, Joan, and Jair are coming home with experience from being on the national stage! As coaches we ask that our athletes go out and do their very best on the mats and that’s exactly what they did! We all are eager to get back to training and excited for what’s to come!
