Whoa! What an awesome 2015 Track & Field week we had. Thank you so much to all of our volunteers and supporters. It was beyond rewarding to see the excitement in all the athletes of Hopi Elementary School. On news stands now you can see the HFC Track & Field Day article in the Arcadia News. Way to go Hawks!!

Hey Fit Clubbers! There will be NO FIT CLUB all next week. April 27, 29 or May 1st. We are working hard on Track & Field Days and will be giving our bodies a rest.

Did you hear?!? Next week, we have a super special guest! Joel Sanders of Athletes' Performance will be working with US on OUR fitness. Joel has been an Official Exos Performance Specialist since 2007. He is the manager of Adult Training across the company. Joel has worked with Olympians, NFL Draft picks, youth athletes, and everyone in-between. He is also a contributing expert for Womens’ Health Mag and Shape Magazine and has been featured on The Doctors Radio Show.
