Teachers in training need students to teach! These instructors are not newbies. They are great instructors who are training to be Iyengar instructors. You will get a good class!!

No cost to participate. You can participate in two classes; they are 40 minutes each. Let me know if you're interested and I can get you signed up.

Below is a map of campus to help you find the studio. First left into parking lot, first left again. Follow it alllllll the way back and park by the tennis courts. It's in the building to the east of the tennis courts.

Many of us suffer from tiredness, cramps, headaches, backaches and our periods change throughout the life cycle. As well as being the world’s leading female yoga teacher Geeta Iyengar held a doctorate in Ayurveda and she says “ From Day One until the menstruation ends one should stick to the practice of those asanas that help women keep healthy and that do not create an obstruction to the menstrual flow.
