Life Challenge, Inc.

Life Challenge, Inc. has been providing services for people with developmental disabilities and their families since 1995. We are family owned and operated and take great pride in the relationships we've built with the families we serve.

Services we currently offer include Day Treatment for Adults (DTA), Respite, Attendant Care and Habilitation. We believe that everybody is born with the capacity for learning and that all experiences offer the opportunity to learn. Our goal is to help the people we serve participate in - and learn from - as many experiences as possible. Towards that end Life Challenge provides services and organi

Well, we almost made it out. We could have used 3 more minutes. We were on the last clue. Big shout out to Adam for taking one for the team when he got stuck in the wall for 4 minutes.

Most of our services remain available. Although we are operating by video, phone, email and mail, we continue to assist you with properly processing your documents with the Superior Courts, Arizona Corporation Commission, Recorder Offices and Secretary of State. Most government agencies in Arizona have changed their operating procedures and we are fully informed of these changes. We will remain available to assist you.

This is the theater that our Gatherings respite group had been attending prior to the pandemic in late 2019 and early 2020. Our group loved attending the shows. We always felt welcomed and like we belonged there no matter how many photos we wanted to take with the cast after all the plays. I hope that you all can find some room in your heart and wallets and help out a great group of people.

[05/17/20]   Just wanted to send out a huge thank you to our staff at Life Challenge. Not many people realize that we are considered essential workers. We keep our doors open every day to assist our members and their families.

We have the greatest staff around.

[04/01/20]   FYI-JUST PASSING THIS ON.

This is from a nurse at NYU:

Doctor from NYU- FYI:
Information from Vienna’s laboratory studying COVID-19 say vast majority of people who died had ibuprofen/Advil in their system so do not take it!! Those who recovered did not take ibuprofen so if you have symptoms, take Acetaminophen only!!! Looks like this virus thrives on ibuprofen so don’t do it and tell everyone you can!!!

Please pass this information on to everyone in each family. I don't want to miss anyone so share as much as you can. Or copy and paste! We are learning that Advil makes the virus 10x worse.Tylenol ONLY for the time being. Hearing that Advil kickstarts the virus into pneumonia. Finding that some people in there 40s and 50s who were previously healthy to be on ventilators and having major SOB and difficulty breathing because they took Advil. So please no Advil and stay safe!!!
No Advil or any NSAIDS!!!!
Thanks
