Looking for a mid meal snack, but also looking to satisfy a sweet craving, Try this Tropical Fruit Parfait- In a small glass layer 1/2 cup fruit cut into 1/2 inch pieces (kiwis, mangos, and pineapples) with 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt. Top with 1 tablespoon sliced almonds (100 calories). Carrot-Mango Smoothie will give you a little boost of energy, is packed with nutrients and is ready in 5 minutes, 1/2 cup fresh carrot juice, 1/4 cup frozen mango chunks 1/4 cup ice cubes, place in blend on medium for about 30 seconds and your ready to go.

Avoid one-dimensional fitness to reach your peak physique. Too many people go avidly after one element of fitness and ignore the others. A much better idea is to get into a variety of fitness activities. Yogi's can benefit from lifting weights, and weight lifters can benefit from yoga. So add some stretching, aerobics, and/or weights to your routine. Adding a little of everything to your program will work wonders for you!

Exercise Advice!
Don't forget to Deadlift and Romanian Deadlifts, These 2 exercises wil increase hormone levels to aid in building muscle and burn more fat, as well increase hamstring strength and flexability. here is a video demonstrating each.

is ready to jump start the new year! if your goal is trim a few off, try this drink at least 3 liters of water per day and eat at least 25 grams of fiber per day. If you want to put some muscle on, drink a half a gallon of milk and eat at least 6 times per day.

Getting back after the long weekend? Try doing fullbody workouts this week to help burn extra calories from the weekend. Make sure to do deadlifts, lunges, and push-ups.

Happy Thanksgiving! If you want to get jump start on calorie burning. Here is the 12 minute body blaster! 1 minute of push-ups, 1 minute of lunges, 1 minute of the plank. 1 minute of hip raises. Complete 3 times, get as many reps as possible in each the minute! Happy Thanksgiving!
