Looking for a mid meal snack, but also looking to satisfy a sweet craving, Try this Tropical Fruit Parfait- In a small glass layer 1/2 cup fruit cut into 1/2 inch pieces (kiwis, mangos, and pineapples) with 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt. Top with 1 tablespoon sliced almonds (100 calories). Carrot-Mango Smoothie will give you a little boost of energy, is packed with nutrients and is ready in 5 minutes, 1/2 cup fresh carrot juice, 1/4 cup frozen mango chunks 1/4 cup ice cubes, place in blend on medium for about 30 seconds and your ready to go.

Avoid one-dimensional fitness to reach your peak physique. Too many people go avidly after one element of fitness and ignore the others. A much better idea is to get into a variety of fitness activities. Yogi's can benefit from lifting weights, and weight lifters can benefit from yoga. So add some stretching, aerobics, and/or weights to your routine. Adding a little of everything to your program will work wonders for you!

is ready to jump start the new year! if your goal is trim a few off, try this drink at least 3 liters of water per day and eat at least 25 grams of fiber per day. If you want to put some muscle on, drink a half a gallon of milk and eat at least 6 times per day.

Happy Thanksgiving! If you want to get jump start on calorie burning. Here is the 12 minute body blaster! 1 minute of push-ups, 1 minute of lunges, 1 minute of the plank. 1 minute of hip raises. Complete 3 times, get as many reps as possible in each the minute! Happy Thanksgiving!
