People ask me what I eat all the time since I’m petite, so here’s an example of my breakfast as I have just started implementing more protein in my breakfast. I do eat!! I love to eat! But eat smart 😉

What you’re looking at is old-fashioned oats with Chia seeds, sliced almonds, and fresh blueberries. In addition, a golden kiwi with skin on, a half cup of cottage cheese and one meat stick from Costco. The stuff in my bowl is what I’ve always eaten and now I’ve added the stuff on the plate.

43 g of protein and about 18 g of fiber.

What is not pictured is my cup of Orgain probiotic collagen tea which also gives me another 19 g of protein.

I will be full until about 4pm.

I am the only one that can make me a healthier me🥰 but yes I can throw down sweets like they’re going out of style! 🍪 🧁 🍰

So a friend talked me into buying some product from Ulta and I did in July. I don’t wear make up every single day if I am not in front of clients so when my eye broke out with a scaly issue from the liquid foundation in October I brought it back to Ulta and they would not give me a refund saying I was past my 30 days. Then last week I opened up my pallet to find my bronzer crumbled. I did not drop it as I put it in a makeup tray and back under my bathroom sink every single time I use it so I have no idea how it crumbled. I brought it back to Ulta to which they said I’m sorry there’s nothing we can do. I was only wanting it swapped out and not refunded. The foundation, just give me an in store credit to keep me shopping 🛍️ there. No to both 😑

So I’m done shopping at and definitely done with products. Now I get to use my bronzer in a glass container to ensure I’m not throwing more $$ down 🚽
